Randstad Education is thrilled to collaborate with one of the largest childcare providers in Creswick to seek dedicated Lead Educators who are eager to inspire and nurture each individual child's learning development.
The Role
As a Lead Educator, you'll join a passionate team committed to creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
Permanent part-time position, 5 days a week
Rotating roster from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday
Conduct daily observations and assessments to track children's developmental progress
Provide constructive feedback to parents and guardians
Ensure health and safety standards are maintained
Foster strong relationships with families and educators
Ensure compliance with EYLF and NQS standards
Qualifications
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
Current Working with Children Check
Current First Aid certificate (including CPR)
