Preferred Requirements: Experience in Education and Care with knowledge of OSHC and NQF compliance. Demonstrated ability to work with digitized systems and maintain compliance standard. Strong understanding of play-based programs and Early Childhood Education. Proven track record in building positive relationships with staff, children, and families. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications: Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care Current First Aid Certificate and Working with Children Check Relevant tertiary qualification in Education or a related field Child Safeguarding: Looking for an individual that will understand, adhere to, and promote The National Principles for Child Safe Organisations (the Child Safe Standards ). In your position, you will help to take action to promote child wellbeing and prevent harm to children and young people.
