Progress FNQ Progress FNQ is looking for an NDIS Program Administrator. Location:  Cairns ,  QLD 4870 ,  Australia Benefits Salary : AUD 85,000-95,000 per annum plus superannuation Task & Responsibilities Responsibilities: - Coordinating project activities, timelines, and resources to ensure smooth execution of NDIS initiatives, adhering to project plans and objectives. - Collaborating with stakeholders, including participants, service providers, and government agencies, ensuring effective communication and relationship-building. - Maintaining project documentation, tracking progress, and preparing reports to ensure transparency, accountability, and compliance with NDIS guidelines. - Troubleshooting issues, adapting to changing circumstances, and finding solutions to challenges encountered in NDIS projects. - Leading the implementation of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, specifically Splose, to control all participant programs and integrate with HR and Finance systems. - Providing leadership and direction for the overall management of mental health programs, ensuring service delivery to persons accessing services. - Managing a geographically diverse team and ensuring all accreditation and continuous improvement activities are appropriately progressed. - Supporting staff development by providing skilled, capable staff with developmental opportunities and consultation for key stakeholders. - Addressing the economic benefits and genuine need for NDIS services in Far North Queensland, contributing to increased employment opportunities and revenue generation through service delivery. - Participating in labour market testing efforts, including advertising positions on platforms such as Indeed, Seek, Facebook Groups, and industry networks, to find suitable candidates. - Contributing to the financial health of NDIS service providers and the broader economy by ensuring sustained service provision and industry development. Qualification & Experience Requirements: Qualifications:  - AQF Associate Degree or overseas equivalent in a related field.   Experience:   At least one year of work experience in a related field. Experience in the NDIS industry is highly regarded.   Skills:  - Strong project coordination abilities. - Effective communication and relationship-building skills. - Proficiency in maintaining project documentation and preparing reports. - Problem-solving skills and adaptability. - Leadership skills for managing ERP systems and mental health programs. - Experience in managing geographically diverse teams. - Knowledge of labour market testing and recruitment processes. - Understanding of the economic benefits of NDIS services and their impact on the community.
