The Assistant Director of Human Resources at AYANA Hospitality plays a vital role in overseeing all aspects of the human resources function within the company. As the Assistant Director of Human Resources, you will manage all aspects of the HR function to support the growth and success of all of our hotel operations and services.
- Design, implement, and manage HR policies and programs that align with the company's strategic objectives.
- Responsible in overseeing the recruitment and selection process, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, managing employee relations, developing and implementing training and development initiatives, and administering compensation and benefits programs.
- Handling performance management, employee engagement, and succession planning.
- Collaborate with other department heads to ensure the HR function aligns with their respective departmental goals and objectives.
- Responsible for analyzing HR metrics and providing insights to drive continuous improvement in HR operations and processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior HR role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and training and development.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in HRIS and other HR software applications.
- Professional HR certifications are a plus.
