Move Queensland Pty Ltd is a leading service provider specializing in Home & Office Removals, bond and house cleaning, packing for moves and unpacking home removals, commercial picking, packing and warehousing, and event transport and labor hire. Our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction sets us apart in the industry.

We are currently seeking a seasoned Customer Service Manager to join our team in a full time position.

Applicants must have at least 2 years' experience as a Customer Service Manager. While not a requirement, an HR driver's license is highly desirable.

Duties and responsibilities of this role may include:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of customer service representatives.
- Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and standards.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely resolutions.
- Coordinate customer service activities across all service areas: bond and house cleaning, packing and unpacking for moves, commercial picking, packing and warehousing, and event transport and labor hire.
- Ensure efficient scheduling and resource allocation.
- Conduct regular assessments of service quality and implement improvements.
- Develop and monitor performance indicators for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with senior management to align customer service strategies with company goals.
- Analyze customer service data to identify growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Candidates will also have:
- Proven experience in customer service management, preferably in a diverse service-oriented environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data for improvements.
- Proficiency in customer service software and tools.

A salary between $70,000 - $75,000 will be offered to the successful applicant.
