Our Construction Industries team are looking for an experienced Customer Support Major Accounts Manager to support our Major Accounts across the Bowen Basin area. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity to be based in Mackay.
Reporting to the Manager ? Customer Support Solutions, this role primarily exists to provide efficient and professional sales management support to designated accounts to ensure the overall customer relationship is managed to maximise sales volume and profitability of all product offerings supported by Hastings Deering.
In this role, your key responsibilities will include:
Build and maintain close association with Senior Executives and key Influencers of prospects and owner groups within the nominated accounts
Understand intimately the overall business structures, market drivers, strategy and influences of the nominated head office accounts
Provide direct coverage of nominated head office accounts and be the point of contact and coordinator for our customers
