About the role This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and professional Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director and General Manager of a reputable logistics company in a dynamic and supportive role. The ideal person will have the ability to forward plan and have previous experience operating in environments where they are heavily relied upon to undertake a multitude of tasks. Responsibilities Supporting the Managing Director and General Manager your role would involve:
Complex diary and calender management
Prioritising and ensuring that reports, business papers and correspondence are dealt with efficiently and promptly (formatting, binding, dispatch, proof reading)
Organising travel and other related arrangements (flights, transfers hotel bookings)
Screening telephone calls
Advice the CEO of matters requiring personal attention, with associated deadlines, and preparing relevant documentation
Setup for meetings including any required catering
Assists with letters and presentations
