SALARY RANGE: $79,000 - $89,000 per annum.

Paisley Park is built on 30 years of expertise in early education and care, recognised for our state-of-the-art facilities that prepare children for lifelong learning. In our experience, children who are encouraged to build inner strength and confidence are better equipped to embrace learning which ultimately leads to their future success.

We are seeking a Full-Time Early Childhood Teacher for our Centre on Belmore Road, Randwick. Catering for 160 children per day, our multi-age grouping provides ample opportunity for learning to take place in an unhurried manner. Equipped with a petting zoo, and vegetable garden, our home-like environment is designed to cater to families searching for truly inspirational learning space. The role is Monday to Friday and based on a rotating roster. Shift times are flexible given our opening hours of 6.30 am to 6.30 pm.

This unique opportunity is perfect for a candidate who is experienced in implementing an educationally rich program that prepares children for formal schooling. The role requires knowledge of The Early Years Learning Framework, an understanding of National Quality Standards, and the ability to work in an innovative and collaborative way.

We are committed to supporting all our Educators to advance in their careers, offering many opportunities for them to be challenged and strengthen their knowledge. We provide a well-resourced environment, ample planning time, and the opportunity to roll out Paisley Park's specialised Educational program.

We also provide an in-house Professional Learning Mentorship program to support the professional learning and development of all the Educators in our team. Our monthly training sessions focus on topics related to the National Quality Standards, as well as topics of interest. We provide above-award wages, bonus incentives, off-the-floor time for planning and reduced childcare fees.

The successful candidate will have an Early Childhood Degree and be passionate about education. They will also have a Working with Children Check, a Senior First Aid/Anaphylaxis/Asthma certificate, and the ability to communicate well, both orally and written.

The successful candidate will have:

* A recognised early childhood qualification (University Bachelor trained)
* A Working with Children Check
* A Senior First Aid/Anaphylaxis/Asthma certificate
* Child Protection Certification
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Willingness to work flexibly, including participation in Professional Development Framework and Community Engagement Program
*A 'can do' positive work ethic
* Leadership skills preferable
