About the opportunity
The Technical Officer delivers timely and effective technical services within the designated area of responsibility to achieve enhanced education/research support outcomes. This includes provision of hands-on support for practical classes, demonstrations, or research as required, maintenance of equipment and safe working environment, provision of technical advice to users (academic staff/teaching staff/students), protocol optimisation (where required), sourcing and preparation of consumables, and assist in the writing of safety and procedural documentation. ?
