Randstad is on the lookout for Brisbane-based Property Managers of all levels-Senior, Junior, Assistant, and Property Managers-to match with our clients across Brisbane.
This role requires someone with at least two years of experience in residential real estate, exceptional communication skills, and a strong sense of resilience.
What You'll Do:
As a Residential Property Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the homeowner and resident experience while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the real estate office. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing a portfolio of multiple types of properties.
Coordinate repairs and maintenance, addressing requests promptly and efficiently while liaising with trade contractors.
Deliver exceptional service to landlords and tenants, including managing property maintenance, rent arrears, bond claims, tenant breaches, and QCAT submissions/ tribunal hearings.
Liaise with property owners, Body Corporates, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and relationship management.
Stay updated on legislation, RTA guidelines, and laws relevant to property management.
Prepare CMAs, lease renewals, advertise re-lets online.
Prepare and schedule property viewings, process applications, conduct open and private inspections, and manage lease documents and sign-ups.
Handle a mix of in-office and out-of-office duties, ensuring routine inspections, entry and exit reports, and KPI compliance are consistently met.
Essential Criteria:
Current QLD Certificate of Registration / Active Queensland Real Estate Licence
Experience with PropertyMe, PropertyTree, InspectionExpress, CoreLogic and other CRMs
Valid Driver's Licence
Previous experience in residential property management
