Lead, mentor, and develop engineering staff, ensuring work aligns with business priorities Provide discipline, offering leadership and guidance to bids, projects, in-service capabilities and engineering plans. Hold Level 2 Engineering Authority in the field of Electrical Engineering, undertake engineering reviews and approvals Engage with various internal and external stakeholders and estimate project costs, schedules, and resources during competitive Tender/Bid.
Key Requirements:
Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering &/or Masters qualification. Chartered Professional Engineer (EA) preferred.
A wealth of experience in Electrical Engineering with expertise in Naval or Maritime Platforms.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with stakeholder management experience.
Demonstrated capacity for continuous improvement and strategic vision.
Ability to empower and unite teams around clear objectives, acting as a coach and servant leader.
