Position Overview:
?We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Medical Receptionist/Contact Centre Agent to join our team on a Full-time basis. This role involves a combination of front desk reception duties and contact centre responsibilities at our clinics at Darwin Private Hospital and Palmerston Health Precinct working rotating shifts Monday to Friday , between 7am and 5pm.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanour
