Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining mechanical systems to meet client specifications and industry standards. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including project managers, engineers, and technicians, to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create detailed designs and specifications for mechanical systems, components, equipment, and machinery.

2. Collaborate with project managers to plan and execute engineering projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.

3. Conduct tests and evaluations of mechanical systems and components to verify performance and reliability.

4. Prepare reports, drawings, and other technical documents to communicate design proposals and project progress.

5. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all mechanical designs and developments.

6. Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during design, development, testing, and implementation phases.

7. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, software developers, and technicians, to integrate mechanical systems into overall project designs.

8. Stay updated with advancements in mechanical engineering technology and techniques, recommending and implementing improvements where applicable.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
2. 2-3 years of experience in mechanical engineering domain.
3. Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.) and other relevant engineering tools.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
6. Commitment to safety, quality, and sustainability principles.
