Location: Trucell IT Services, Parramatta NSW (Note: The position is remote, targeting candidates in the Philippines who can work Sydney NSW Australia time)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server and Windows Desktop environments.
- Provide efficient and quality IT support to our clients, ensuring minimal downtime and seamless operation.
- Implement security measures and protocols as per company guidelines.
- Collaborate with the team and contribute to project deployments, system upgrades, and other technical initiatives.
- Have a working computer and reliable internet connection to work from. Trucell will not provide this initially.
