We are now seeking a friendly and organised Receptionist to join our team and be the welcoming face of our clinic.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients and their pets in a warm and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the clinic’s appointment calendar
- Handle client inquiries and provide information about our services
- Maintain accurate client and pet records
- Process payments and manage the front desk financial transactions
- Ensure the reception area is clean, tidy, and welcoming at all times
- Coordinate with the veterinary team to ensure smooth operations and effective communication
- Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and handle a busy environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using computer systems and office software
- A genuine love for animals and a passion for providing excellent customer service
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
