・Customer service (telephone, e-mail, face-to-face)
・Propose travel plans to clients
・Ticketing arrangement

Requirements
・Around 3 years related tourism industry.
・Diploma above
・Able to use Global Distribution System (GDS) (such as Galileo, Sabre, Amadeus, Worldspan, Apollo, InfinI, Axess)
・Able to work shift hours.

Shift work
a. 9pm - 6am
b. 10pm - 7am
c. 11pm - 8am
・5 days in a week (Monday - Sunday) 2 days off
・Public Holiday off (if needed to work, 2 days as replacement leave provided)
