Ideally sourcing a Customer Service Manager to lead, support, train, upskill, motivate, and manage this knowledgeable and experienced team.

Service Delivery
Participate in implementation / onboarding of new clients
Ensure your team proactively manage client POs in line with client SOP
Manage client escalations and resolution
Productivity and Profitability
Review client portfolio and ensure appropriate team resourcing and productivity
