The Company Our client is a specialist Dealer with a large WA presence, undergoing expansion. Role Overview We are seeking an experienced, results driven Production Coordinator to support our client's vehicle preparation workshop to meet delivery targets for their customers. You will also ensure efficient and accurate processing of the workshops administration tasks. This role will be reporting to the Workshop Planner. Responsibilities
Assisting the Workshop Planner by entering data on the production schedule
Liaising with Vehicle Body Builders to confirm accurate return dates of the units
Coordinating bookings and raising purchase orders for external suppliers
Escalating delay issues to the Workshop Planner
Communicating any changes in the production schedule to the Team Leaders
Answering any production enquiries and ensuring that all questions and
