This role will be focused on growing an established healthcare desk, collaborating with a team of consultants to support Pulse Staffing's vision to increase its footprint and market share in the Australian healthcare sector.
? Contributing to your team's growth goals through personal billings and leadership to deliver the vision.
? Identifying and developing new client partnerships
? Matching clinical professionals to suitable role opportunities
? Building and managing talent pools

Essential Skills & experience
A Bachelor degree or higher qualification in human resources management, psychology, organisational development, or similar is essential for the role. Educational qualifications will need to be supplemented with up to 3 years industry experience within healthcare or life sciences. At least five years of relevant work experience will be considered in lieu
