Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Retail Buyer to join our dynamic team. The Retail Buyer will be responsible for ensuring the availability of high-quality construction products and equipment, maintaining optimal stock levels, and supporting the company's strategic goals through effective purchasing and market analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in Negotiating with products suppliers about the supply conditions regularly based on the sales demand.
- Assist in global sourcing such as acquiring goods from suppliers in other countries at the best possible price.
- Assist in identifying exporting opportunities to open up Monaco Global to new markets and create sales potential.
- Assist in the movement of stock from delivery into the Warehouse to final destination-client. A key focus is on the accurate maintenance of inventory information and accurate on time deliveries to all parties.
- Assist in ensuring all deliveries to the Warehouse are checked for quantity and quality with any discrepancies notified to Inventory in a timely manner
- Assist in performing regular checks for accuracy and adequate packaging ensuring the dispatch area receives stock 100% ready for delivery
- Acting as a liaison between multiple departments and the Warehouse team and
represent the Warehouse in all company dealings.
- Assist in maintaining required stock levels at minimum cost
- Assist in scheduling and monitoring the pickup or delivery of products
- Assist in responding to customers questions and complaints
- Assisting in Overseeing the warehouse operations, providing visible leadership to develop a culture of safety focus and continuous improvement ensuring productivity targets and cost reductions are optimized.
- Ensuring up to date knowledge on all deliveries expected to ensure staffing levels are
adequate to meet KPI’s
- Assist in managing and growing the Warehouse Team to ensure they are being developed in their respective roles and delivering to Company standard
- Assist in monitoring and reviewing the inventory to control stock level, include regularly stocktaking to make sure the stock is maintained at reasonable level and make order for supply to keep the stock level.
- Assist in negotiating with warehouse about the storage and distribution solution.
- Assist in planning shipping time and shipping line, storage space and delivery schedule based on the customers demand and market change.
- Assist in contacting freight company for the delivery arrangements and negotiate the rates and terms and conditions for the storage and delivery for customers.
- Assist in tracking the movement of products and re-stocking to meet with the sales requirement, which include regularly checking the portals of shipping company and transportation company to track the movement of the supply and making adjust ordering plan based on the sales performance.
- Assist in negotiating with transportation companies including shipping lines and truck companies to provide transportation solution for products, which include contact shipping line and their agent to organize the transportation of products, and discuss with different shipping lines, transportation, and terms conditions of the companies to find the best deal.
- Assist in managing the documents for importing and exporting, which include prepares the documentation for the importing and exporting, and make sure the documentation is ready on time for the clearance.
- Assist in managing the records of supply, storage and distribution, improve the supply chain solution performance by reviewing records, which include organize and keep the documentation for supply, storage and distribution, organize and maintain the contracts and review the system and find solution to improve the efficiency of the supply chain.

Qualifications:
- Certificate or a degree in business, advertising, supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Retail Buyer or similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain supplier relationships.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and sales statistics.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and other relevant tools.
- Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Understanding of quality standards and compliance within the construction industry is an advantage.

Key Competencies:
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze market trends, sales data, and stock levels to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate favorable terms with suppliers while
maintaining positive relationships.
- Strategic Planning: Capable of designing and implementing effective pricing, marketing, and promotional strategies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for liaising with
suppliers, management, and cross-functional teams.
- Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail in monitoring stock levels, inspecting products, and planning purchases.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in speaking and writing in Chinese will be considered a bonus.

Salary Offer: $80,000 p.a. + Super
