The Role:
We are looking for a Technical Sales Support Specialist (Trainee) for a permanent, full-time position.
This is not an office-based role; you will need to drive around the Sydney Metro area daily and travel regionally at least 2 days per month. You will be provided with a company car, phone, and laptop.
The position requires a 38-hour work week, Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 4 PM (Flexible)
Responsibilities:
Provide technical sales and service assistance to customers.
Collaborate with senior sales engineers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Liaise with customers, department managers, senior sales engineers, operators, and internal teams.
Assist in preparing technical proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Conduct market research and analysis.
Participate in training sessions and workshops.
Perform on and off-site chemical testing of plant cleaning, cleaning in place, and water treatment systems.
