About the role
Capacity Gap Management - Foresee and Identify potential gaps in the roster and manage gaps to ensure effective service delivery to our residents.
Timely and Compliant Roster Completion - Ensure all rosters for our service/clinical staff are completed in a timely manner and in accordance with the relevant EBA/award.
Administer all staff rosters that enable an effective balance to be achieved between optimising staffing efficiency and maximising staff satisfaction.
Audit actual staff attendance against the planned roster and alert the General Manager of any discrepancies.
Undertake administrative activities related to managing the roster, including but not limited to inputting and updating staff details and attendance preferences.
