As an Assistant Night Manager, you will manage the hotel’s nightly operations when the Night Manager is rostered off. Success in this position is ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction, being a responsible and respectful leader to others, and guiding a small team to accurately balance the books during the quietest time of the day.
Night work is not for everyone, but does have advantages – flexibility to do school drop off/pick up, availability to study and the freedom to choose how to spend your days. What you will be doing:
- Provide supervision and support to the night team in the absence of the Night Manager
- Ensure the hotel auditing process is conducted accurately
- Deliver luxury service to internal and external guests
- Ensure the health and safety of all guests, visitors, and employees
- Process financial transactions and produce reports.
