About the role:

As a Business Analyst at FIS you will act as the voice of the customer to ensure that our teams continue to deliver more best-in-breed products that advance the way we pay, bank and invest. You’ll work as part of a team in an Agile scrum setting and you will be proactive and innovative in your approach.   What you will be doing:

In this role you will be working with major banking clients on various payment schemes. You will also be:

• Identifying strategies as well as improvement opportunities while also reengineering processes for greater efficiency

• Writing use cases, BRDs, interface specs, data modelling and functional specs

• Writing user stories, prioritising and backlog management

• Selecting hardware, software and vendors

• Conducting workshops, presentations, system verification and training

• Conducting tests to ensure changes made by programmers are correct

What you will need:

• Proven experience working as a technical BA in a development team

• Extensive knowledge of ISO20022

• Knowledge of Real Time schemes such as NPP, MYRPP, HKFP, PromptPay and similar

• Sound knowledge of SWIFT/MT/MX messaging and flows

• Knowledge of bulk schemes (DE, RTP, ITMX)

• Knowledge of RTGS schemes (Rentas, CHATS, BahtNet etc)

• Sound experience working in an Agile environment

• Hands on experience in change management, impact analysis and estimation

• Knowledge of financial services industry and an understanding of end-to-end systems development life cycles.

• A bachelor’s in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent experience

Added bonus if you have:

• Experience working with APIs (understand schema, principle, integration and exceptions)

• Knowledge of Visio, Jira, EA
