- Coordinating the Housekeeping daily operations via allocating rooms to ambassadors.
- Answering calls from Guest Services, Housekeepers and supporting the Supervisors
- Receiving guest requests, allocating resources and problem-solving guest enquiries
- Use your high level of communication skills to liaise with the Executive Housekeeper and housekeeping team
- Execute vital administrative tasks for the efficient and smooth running of housekeeping department including logging lost property and engineering requests
- Create exceptional guest experiences by coordinating with Front Office to ensure rooms are immaculate, prepared with care, and ready on time for guests
