About this opportunity

You will be assisting with the continual sales and business development of the Viscount Reuse business. This role will primarily be responsible for managing, developing, and growing major Key Accounts in Fresh Produce, Bakery, Protein, Seafood and Dairy industries within the QLD State.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Maintain and Develop Key Accounts within the pooling and manufacturing Australian business
  • Identify business development opportunities within Key Accounts
  • Responsible for Budget, Forecast and Financial performance of Key Accounts
  • Review and assist with the establishment of appropriate strategy positioning of selling price, selling structure and gross contribution.
  • Managing Rise and Fall pricing when necessary.
  • Support the implementation of new products.

Your skills and experience

To be successful in this role you'll have:

  • Sufficient experience in a supply chain, packaging or produce environment., 
  • Strong communication skills to communicate, present, assert and speak to all levels of stakeholders involved.
  • Ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders to build relationships, influence, manage conflicts and navigate through issues arising.
  • Ability to plan and manage projects, manage the risk, forecast, time and teams working on ongoing projects
  • Strong research and strategic analysis skills
  • High competency working with Microsoft Office, SAP and CRM software.
  • Understanding how the circular underpins everything we do and selling this message internally and externally as part of the company values and personal ethos.
