Reporting to the Hotel Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Lead, mentor and train the Food & Beverage Operations team
- Ensure Food & Beverage relevant brand standards are maintained as well as to promote Mercure Brand promise
- Plan and set up strategy to develop the revenue of F&B Department
- Strategize on new products and service offerings
- Financial planning to perform within targeted parameter
- Managing operations of the Food and Beverage venues and ensuring consistent exceptional customer service
- Driven project leader and concept creator
- Support all the food and beverage outlets at the property
