Job Description
This NDIS provider is looking for eight Support Workers with varying levels of experience to start immediately in the Lismore location.
Key Responsibility in the role:
Carry out, model, and promote positive routines/duties/activities in a cooperative, respectful, and flexible manner, which are meaningful and purposeful to the participant
Communicate regularly with the Team Leader in relation to the availability
Document session notes into Flow Logic within 12 hours of the shift
Report any incidents/accidents / near misses using forms in Flow Logic
Use Flow Logic for shift clock in / clock out
Comply with all WH&S policies and procedures
Facilitate community inclusion and participation
Carry out designated duties/tasks as per the service plan or Team Leader's instruction
Requirements for the role:
