Job Description
Develop, implement and maintain procedures and systems to ensure all university assets (including operating lease assets) are accurately recorded, measured and tracked.
Prepare and provide accurate reporting on all University assets in a timely manner, and in compliance with Australian Accounting Standards
Develop implement and maintain procedures to accurately identify and account for all capital projects
Prepare depreciation budgets and forecasts for the University and provide analysis on the movements.
Prepare monthly reports on the University's leased assets and the associated leasing commitments, including all leased equipment and property leases.
Design and implement a rolling cycle of fixed asset stock takes to ensure the accuracy of asset location
Design, develop and test e-commerce asset transaction processing systems
