About This Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to manage the change required for successful deployment and adoption of changes to the University's key systems and services, ensuring the delivery of expected business benefits. This involves working closely with University stakeholders and various teams to support key objectives, applying a structured change management approach and leading activities related to the Cyber Uplift and Systems Maintenance programs.
Key responsibilities will include:
Lead change management activities, develop strategies, assess impacts, and manage stakeholder engagement for Cyber Uplift and Systems Maintenance programs.
Identify resistance, evaluate user readiness, define success metrics, and manage risk mitigation activities, ensuring comprehensive change support.
