About the Role
As the digital project manager, you will be overseeing the work on the digital banking platform ?Connect?.
Key responsibilities:
Manage delivery of a combination of
front-end customer experience uplift features e.g. electronic delivery of letters to customers via Connect, and
back-end platform resilience improvement works e.g. migrating various components of the tech stack to the cloud
Manage delivery of this work across multiple squads and service teams in Technology
Own the detailed delivery plan
Manage the budget ? forecasts and actuals
Manage the scope
Manage risks, issues, dependencies
Write status reports
Run ?Program Control Board? meetings monthly
