Managing a portfolio of up to 150 properties
Liaise with Rental Providers and Renters
Managing lease renewals, leasing and routine inspections
Managing arrears, rent increase and property maintenance

About You:
Minimum 12 months in leasing or property management experience
Previous experience with Property Tree (preferred but not essential)
Be exceptionally well presented and well spoken
Have a strong work ethic with a can do attitude
