We are now searching for a passionate, goal orientated and committed Sales PA strong in providing top customer service. You will work alongside a leading agent, where you will learn all things residential sales. Your day-to-day duties would include the following;
Diary Management Booking appointments
Liaising with the marketing & administration team
Manage vendor, buyer enquiry, solicitors
Data entry
Scheduling and assisting with open inspections
Vendor reports
Vendor/listing service management assisting with campaign preparation
Preparation of sale documentation and processing for the admin team
Attend / coordinate pre-settlement | Pest & Building inspections
The Ideal Candidate:
Holds previous real estate sales experience
Is well organised, efficient and able to juggle
