About the role
The Associate Director ? Policy & Workplace Relations is a leadership role with responsibility for a dedicated team of workplace relations and case management experts providing expert advice and support to RMIT?s People Leaders with the aim of delivering a consistent people experience and ensuring RMIT people perform at their best.
The role presents an opportunity for an experience people and service leader to work with the Director of Policy & Workplace Relations and broader People Leadership Team to shape the evolution of the function with a focus on ensuring efficiency and consistency across service delivery whilst balancing employment risk and the implementation of pragmatic case management practices.
