As a Plant Operator , you will work as part of a team to operate the plant safely and efficiently. As Geocycle is a small site, you will get to work across all our operations including loading and unloading product, working in the control room, small maintenance tasks and process troubleshooting.
With the work varied and often specialised to our particular plant, given this is a highly hazardous environment - we will provide you with all the training you need to become a valued member of the team.
About the role:
In this role you will be required to:
Unload bulk tankers to tank transfers
Load vacuum blending tanks
Load ISO tanks and wash out
Operate drum shredders and bulk solids systems
Dehead plastic IBC units
Complete general housekeeping and forklift duties
