An exciting role awaits an experienced leader who enjoys a challenging and diverse workforce. As Engineering Superintendent, you will oversee the maintenance and capital engineering team within the Feed and Crush area of responsibility at our Factory in Brandon, Northern Queensland. Your primary goal is to ensure that work activities are conducted in alignment with the established schedule to support the efficient operations of our mill. You will have support from design and project teams and be a part of a high performing team that values safety.
Responsibilities
Execute maintenance activities in line with the asset strategy.
Lead teams in servicing, maintaining, and repairing all equipment.
Collaborate with Asset Management teams to develop medium to long-term plans and procedures to optimize business efficiency and viability.
Predict corrective maintenance needs and assist in scheduling to minimize factory or production disruptions.
