Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer with a strong background in Defence naval projects to join their acquisition team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the change management of naval platforms, overseeing systems integration, verification and validation (V&V), and leading the design and configuration efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, integration, and configuration of naval systems to meet project requirements and specifications.
Support the change management process for naval platforms, ensuring all modifications are effectively planned, documented, and implemented.
Oversee systems integration activities, ensuring seamless interoperability of various subsystems within the naval platform.
Conduct verification and validation (V&V) activities to ensure systems meet design specifications and performance requirements.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
