About the role
We have a unique and exciting opportunity for an experienced operations leader to oversee our new Mesh facility situated at our Mayfield campus. This role offers the distinct advantage of contributing to the identification and recruitment of diverse new talent, ensuring our team reflects a variety of perspectives and backgrounds. We are ideally looking for the role to commence in November 2024. Key responsibilities include:
Driving our Newcastle Mesh Manufacturing objectives and strategies by achieving safe and efficient operations for the site, ensuring customers needs are met.
Communicating our strategy in way that ensures all team members are engaged and aligned.
Coaching and mentoring team leaders and supervisors to build their capability to support and lead their operational teams.
Establishing safety as a core value, communicating Infrabuild safety standards, and promoting a culture
