About the role
We have an opportunity available to join our team as an Inventory Controller on a fixed term bases covering a parental leave. You will support the business in delivering customer service levels that provide a competitive advantage in terms of customer service and stock availability.
Key responsibilities include:
Ensuring material availability, quantity and quality (Undesirable vs Active) of held stock
Providing exceptional and prompt customer service to internal stakeholders as primary point of contact for inventory related matters
Managing competing demands for finite stocks, especially during times of restricted supply
Minimising the administrative requirements on branches in achieving goals
Embedding and improving systems and processes to ensure ongoing, consistent, and cost-efficient supply of material
Maintaining and updating the SAP
