We are currently seeking a Yard person to join the Downer Transport and Infrastructure division based out in Maddington . As our Yard person, you will oversee the organisation and maintenance of our yard, manage inventory, coordinate deliveries, and ensure the efficiency of our day-to-day processes. You will need to take initiative and responsibility over our yard and logistics operations.
About You
HR licence (minimum)
Valid Forklift Ticket
Dangerous goods licence (desirable)
Knowledge of the Road industry, Asphalt or Bituminous products (highly advantageous)
Previous experience in yard management, logistics, or a related field.
Previous experience in goods receipting/dispatching
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Strong commitment to Zero Harm and operational excellence.
