We currently require a suitably experienced administrator with cold store experience to support the functions of the cold store area. You must have previous experience working in a fast-paced cold store warehousing environment. Training and development will be offered to the right candidate.
Principal responsibility
As a senior member of the cold store administration team, you are responsible for supporting the Administration manager in the team leadership of the cold store administration team. You will be an active member of the transactional functional area undertaking processing and validating orders, as well as reporting to management on the outcomes and KPIs being achieved by the team.
Key Results Areas include:
Orders processing:
Processing & validating orders
Managing container bookings
Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure the smooth flow of processed orders and troubleshooting any potential stock issues.
