The client is currently recruiting two experienced Customer Resolution/ Accounts Receivable Analyst's to support the deployment of a brand-new ERP system.
You will be a critical member of the team, ensuring business continuity and issue resolution during a period of unprecedented change.
Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
Reconciling misdirected customer payments between different legal entities/ bank accounts
Working with colleagues in many departments (order management, treasury, finance, business, supply chain, warehousing)
Discerning whether unpaid invoices relate to a payment problem, invoice dispute or potentially a system related issue during transition
Contacting customers to collect payments and/or learn why a payment may not have been made in order to agree a resolution
