Benefits Salary: $80,000 to $120,000 plus Super depending on experience Employee discount on food and beverages Task & Responsibilities Key responsibilities include: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to increase restaurant revenue Identify and target new business opportunities, including corporate events, private parties, and catering services Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners and influencers in the industry Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets Marketing Strategy and Campaigns Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, print and digital advertising Develop and manage content for the restaurant's website, social media platforms and email newsletters Coordinate with designers, photographers, and other vendors to produce high-quality marketing materials Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly Brand Management Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials and customer touchpoints Enhance the restaurant's brand image and reputation through creative marketing intiatives and community involvement Organise and promote special events, promotions and seasonal offerings Customer Engagement Develop strategies to increase customer loyalty and repeat business Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews promptly and professionally Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and trends, using this information to refine marketing strategies Team Leadership Lead and mentor a small team of sales and marketing professionals Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance Collaborate with the restaurant's management team to align sales and marketing efforts with overall business goals Qualification & Experience Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Proven experience (5+ years) in sales and marketing Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills Ability to think creatively and strategically Strong analytical skills to measure and improve marketing effectiveness Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast paced environment Salary: $80000-120000 Job Publish: 19-07-2024 Job Expire: 18-08-2024 Please click to View more detail / apply .
