Role Overview:The Temporary Accounts and Reconciliation Officer will manage accounts payable transactions, including employee reimbursements and card claims, and reconcile balance sheet accounts. This role also includes issuing accounts receivable invoices upon request. The position is full-time for a three-month term to support the permanent team during an audit and staff leave.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage emails and direct supplier invoices, overseeing claims through to bank payment.
Maintain users and workflows.
Assist employees with accounts payable and expense reimbursement inquiries.
Perform bank reconciliations.
Maintain the Fixed Assets register at month-end.
Keep financial records and systems up-to-date, including bank reconciliations and balance sheet accounts like fixed assets, prepayments, and deposits.
Issue accounts receivable invoices as needed.
Assist with statutory requirements, such as superannuation or QLeave returns, as directed.
Requirements:
MYOB experience.
