Base salary will be in the range $127,496 - 134,829 + 17% Superannuation

Join our team as a Senior Manager, Research Operations and drive impactful initiatives! You?ll oversee end-to-end project delivery, from planning to successful outcomes. This role involves strategic project management, stakeholder engagement, and creative problem-solving. Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, maintain positive relationships, and contribute to women?s health research.
Key responsibilities will include: (Maximum 3-4 points)
Manage projects aligned with our objectives, providing expert advice to senior leaders and stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, lead teams, and adjust methodologies for efficiency.
Build positive relationships with various groups, from UQ leadership to external partners.
Design governance plans, manage risks, and track project outcomes.
Manage budgets and procurement activities.
