Full Time Position - 38 hrs per week
Rotating roster which will include weekend work.
Description of position: Assists Area Manager in everyday running of area including Managing employees, stocking area, complying with all procedures and Managing the floor to the best possible standard. Provides a high level of member service. Answers member questions, demonstrates and sells merchandise to members. Stocks and maintains good condition of department product. Daily tasks and responsibilities:
Reviews area sales, schedules and productivity figures. Implements sales and merchandising plan for the Merchandise area.
Observes employee performance to ensure that best merchandising and sales practices and standards are followed. Makes signs and checks accuracy of product signage and marking.
