Our client, a global law firm with one of the world's leading litigation and dispute resolution practices, is seeking an additional litigator for their Sydney team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial litigation and shareholder disputes, with experience advising financial institutions, banks, companies, and insolvency practitioners in particular.
Requirements:
4 years' PQE (UK scale)
Australian qualified
Background in commercial litigation and shareholder disputes
Experience advising financial institutions, banks, companies, and insolvency practitioners
Contentious regulatory and investigations experience desirable
Ability to work across borders and deliver local expertise
Outstanding academic history and legal skills
Excellent transactional and management skills
Experience working in a busy team environment and with multiple practice groups
