We are seeking a contractor based in Brisbane to join our team as an IT Applications Trainer. This role involves ensuring the quality of Odyssey Training's IT short courses, facilitating successful learning outcomes, and maintaining courseware standards.
Your key responsibilities in this role will include but are not limited to:
Course planning, design, development, delivery, selection of educational resources, evaluating student outcomes, and maintaining IT equipment within the organization.
- Training Planning: Conduct training needs analysis & customise courses to serve specific client needs when required. And to develop training materials and resources as required for Odyssey Training.
- Training Delivery & Evaluation: Deliver training courses and achieve on average 80% or higher feed back rating. And adapt training style to suit specific client needs.
- Working Relationships: Reports to the Learning Solutions Manager and accountable for achieving the objectives of the position and ensuring your work complies with Odyssey policies, procedures and legislative requirements.
