Reporting to the Project Manager and Construction Manager, you will be required to take charge of the following duties:
• Ensured adherence to regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Formulated and managed project budgets, encompassing material quantity take-offs,
supply procurement, and labor allocations.
• Devised and administered comprehensive project schedules, meticulously planning
all construction phases and coordinating material and labor needs for residential projects.
• Executed quantity take-offs utilizing advanced software and solicited quotations
from vendors.
• Facilitated coordination between site teams and subcontractors to uphold superior
workmanship standards.
• Conducted thorough reviews and interpretations of architectural drawings, geotechnical reports, survey data, and client/council specifications.
• Interpreted and applied local environmental plans (LEP), development control plans (DCP), and state environmental planning policies (SEPP).
• Performed cost evaluations and implemented strategies within the constraints of budget, time, and quality.
• Diagnosed and resolved engineering challenges through innovative problem solving
techniques.
• Provided expert technical advice and credible recommendations on design modifications, structural repairs, and construction methodologies to industrial and managerial personnel.
• Prepared, analysed, and interpreted blueprints and schematic diagrams for construction activities.
• Delivered technical leadership in civil development projects, guiding teams to achieve efficient, safe, and innovative outcomes for clients.
• Engaged with stakeholders to collect accurate data and conducted precise cost estimations for required resources.
• Oversaw project execution to ensure timely completion within budget constraints, ensuring structural integrity and compliance.
Pay: $85,000.00 per year
