On behalf our client Brunel Energy, we are seeking experience Equipment Operator .
Duties and Responsibility :
• Access Service delivery requirements and coordinate movement of equipment, materials and personnel
• Performs pre-job calculations related to: pipe capacities and volume/height math, plug landing pressures, absolute volumes (including total water requirements for job), hydrostatic and differential pressure, resulting forces, balanced plugs, bulk cement blending, calculations to include liquid additives and weighted spacers, pressure to reverse, and determining burst and collapse
• Assists in communicating the pre-job and on-the-job progress to customers.
• Sets-up and utilizes a controller to run ADC software for the purpose of monitoring and acquiring job data and for accurate mixing of cement slurries in the performance of a cementing job.
• Under direct supervision, operates all cement pumping and mixing equipment: blenders, centrifugal pumps, data acquisition systems, Automatic Density Control (ADC) systems, bulk cement blending, delivery and storage systems, manifolding equipment, and cementing plug releasing tools.
• Completes documents, reports, and forms related to the cementing service performed.
• Communicate effectively with customer and service delivery staff to resolve service delivery issues and irregularities.
• Trains and provides guidance to less experienced Service Operators and Operator Assistants in the operation of some or all of the following: cement pumping and mixing equipment, blenders, centrifugal pumps, data acquisition systems, ADC systems, bulk cement blending, delivery and storage systems, manifolding equipment, and cementing plug releasing tools.
• Conduct workforce planning (people needs and retention and attrition)
• Interface and work effectively with service manager and performance development coordinator in pursuant to employee development and issue evaluation.
• Supervises job site planning and execution. Bring technical expertise and solutions to the customer on location.
Work experience at least 2- 3 Years
Salary Range : 80,000 - 100,000 / Per year
Work Location : Various Mines sites around Australia
